Pilates uses smooth, deliberate movements and controlled postures to tone and elongate your muscles and increase your flexibility.
Pilates is different from Yoga because unlike the latter it is not a holistic health system but a low-impact, deep reaching work-out of your ‘core’, focused on exercise and breathing technique alone.
Students can bring their own mats.
